About Saleem Karsaz, the CEO of Aeon & Trisl
Saleem Karsaz proudly stands as a Chief Executive Officer of Aeon & Trisl with an extensive career in Dubai Real Estate. He is also a founding member of Hope Care Polyclinic Dubai. Mr. Saleem is also associated with Shahid Afridi Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides clean water facilities to the rural areas of Sindh, Pakistan and health facilities to the remote areas of Kohat in Peshawar, Pakistan. The first fundraiser event for Shahid Afridi Foundation in Dubai was organized by him.
Mr. Karsaz moved to UAE in 2003 and graduated from American University, Dubai in 2007. He specializes in the field of Finance and diversified his knowledge and expertise in the real estate sector after joining Aeon and Trisl in March 2008.
With his persistent hard work and constant devotion to the real estate world, Mr. Karsaz has extended the operations in three different cities of Pakistan including Gujrat, Lahore, and Karachi. Not only this, the UK branch in Mayfair, London was established in 2018 and enjoys skyrocketing profits with sales executed from Pakistan, the UK, and the UAE. At present, Aeon & Trisl comprises 300+ team members functioning globally.

Covid, 19 posed a major setback to the real estate industry around the world. But Mr. Saleem envisioned it as an opportunity to turn around declining sales. His ideas are clearly reflective of his experience of more than 14 years. In his interview in 2021, he stated that “I believe 2022 will be bigger and even more successful than this year. Knowing that all these new developments are coming up, plus all the various new amenities to look forward to like lagoons, golf courses, malls, schools, hospitals – even attractions that are being built inside communities themselves – are just indicators that the UAE real estate sector has a lot more to offer”. CEO-Aeon Trisl, Saleem Karsaz has always anticipated UAE as an investment hub for the world and believes that Dubai would also grow, expand, and will offer opportunities for every sector.

Aeon & Trisl group’s CEO, Saleem Karsaz has been recently bestowed with the Youth Icon Of The Week by World Memon Organization- Middle East Chapter and the Top Real Estate Broker with 4 Star Rank at the RERA Annual Award 2020 Ceremony for Brokers and Valuators, organized by the Dubai Land Department. He is the first Pakistani citizen to achieve this milestone and is ranked the highest among 6,000+ brokers in Dubai, ultimately gaining the highest recognition in UAE real estate.
Furthermore, Mr. Karsaz has also received admirable recognitions from various government sectors, non-profit institutions, developers in the UAE and across global platforms. Some of these prestigious recognitions include; Nakheel’s Top Tier Broker since 2013, Majid Al Futtaim Top Tier Broker since 2020, and Emaar’s Top Tier Broker since 2013. In his tenure, Aeon and Trisl in 2018 was given the award for the 5th bestselling agency for Emaar Properties, which is the largest developer in UAE and in 2019 it had been the 2nd best agency for them. Also, under his charismatic leadership, the company has left its mark on history as its name has been projected twice on the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa in 2019.
